Training Event – Summer SUP Shred

4-week program commencing the week of May 27th, 2024. A tailored mix of personal training to get you in shape and ready to take the world by storm this summer. Classes will be held 3 times a week, over the course of 4 weeks, a total of 12 sessions.

Training categories will consist of the following:

  • Strength/Yoga- Indoor Training- SLS Centre
    • All equipment provided

  • Cardio-Outdoor Training- Cochrane AB
    • Running shoes needed

  • SUP-Outdoor Training-Ghost Lake
    • All SUP equipment is provided or Bring your Own.
